OverDisk 0.11.0.0 beta is a disk space usage browser.
This program can be used to find out how a partition's space is distributed among the file system hierarchy.
Once you choose the drive you want to examine, the program analyzes the disk usage statistics. When it finishes, it will display a concentric graph. The inner circles will represent the main folders in your disk. The outer circles will represent their children folders. You can put the mouse on the folder you want to examine. On the lower left you will see how many directories and files are in that folder, its size, allocation, waste, and real name.
You can choose to see graphs for the Physical Space, Logical Space and Wasted Space, for each of the drives in your system.
OverDisk allows you to export the resulting data in a file, that can be later read by OverDisk in another computer. You can also import saved files.
You can also tell the program to perform other statistics, as Deepest Path Names, Largest Files, Directories with more file entries, etc. |
